Nick brings 8+ years of hands on manufacturing experience as a mechanical engineer, specializing in product development, fixturing and work holding designs, process improvement, statistical analysis, and root cause investigation.

Nick’s approach follows the hands-on Kaizen mindset — learning directly from the people in the process to drive meaningful, lasting improvements.
